Attached to the Hall is a very spacious kitchen, featuring equipment and facilities comparable or better than those in some of the downtown hotels.

The food preparation area comes complete with an experienced cooking staff as well as several young ladies trained to serve meals as efficiently as possible.

The Ladies Auxiliary assist in providing hearty traditional Italian meals as well as other meals that have become famous over the years.
